Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Namibia Plus website (namibiaplus.com) and our travel booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Namibia Plus platform.

Namibia Plus provides travel planning, safari booking, and tour coordination services across Namibia including: • Curated safari and wildlife tour packages • Accommodation booking at lodges, camps, and hotels • Car rental coordination and self-drive itineraries • Custom itinerary design and travel consulting • Group tour organisation and private guide arrangements We act as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers. While we carefully vet all partners, the ultimate delivery of travel services is the responsibility of the respective provider.

**Booking Confirmation:** A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation email and the required deposit has been received. **Deposits:** A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total trip cost is required. Full payment is due 60 days before departure. **Late Bookings:** For bookings made less than 60 days before departure, full payment is required immediately. **Payment Methods:** We accept Visa, Mastercard, bank transfers, and selected digital payment methods. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. **Price Changes:** Once a booking is confirmed and deposit paid, the quoted price is locked in.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to hello@namibiaplus.com: • **90+ days before departure:** Deposit forfeited, remaining balance refunded. • **60–89 days:** 50% of total cost forfeited. • **30–59 days:** 75% of total cost forfeited. • **Less than 30 days:** No refund. • **No-show:** No refund. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation.

You are responsible for ensuring you have a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity), required visas, vaccinations, and health clearances. Namibia Plus is not liable for denied entry due to insufficient documentation. Some activities require reasonable physical fitness. Please inform us of any health conditions or mobility limitations when booking.

**Third-Party Services:** We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, or delay arising from acts or omissions of airlines, lodges, safari operators, or other service providers. **Wildlife & Nature:** Encounters with wildlife carry inherent risks. You acknowledge and accept these risks when participating in safari activities. **Limitation of Liability:** Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific booking in question.

All content on the Namibia Plus website — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and software — is our property or that of our content suppliers, protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.

You agree not to: • Provide false or misleading information during booking • Use our website for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems • Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code • Scrape or use automated tools to extract data without permission

Changes may occasionally be necessary due to weather, road conditions, wildlife patterns, or lodge availability. We will provide a suitable alternative of comparable quality. Significant changes will be communicated as early as possible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Windhoek, Namibia. We encourage direct contact to resolve issues before pursuing formal legal action.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes affecting existing bookings will be communicated directly via email.
