The Namibian Guest Farm Experience
Guest farms range from working farms to private wildlife properties and small hospitality businesses. They can create useful route breaks, but the label alone does not tell you the road quality, wildlife practices, meal plan, accessibility, or how locally rooted the experience is.
Ask who owns and operates the property, which activities use captive or free-ranging wildlife, what is included, and how late arrivals are handled. Near Windhoek, also compare the stay against your airport and vehicle-handover times.
